Cancellation policy:

Standard Rate - Free Cancellation
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. You will have to pay the full amount of the reservation if you cancel less than 3 days before arrival.

Non-refundable rate - Paid cancellation
The non-refundable rate entitles you to a significant discount on standard room prices. Therefore, it is a rate that cannot be changed or canceled. The amount of non-refundable reservations is debited by the hotel upon confirmation of the reservation.

Prepayment
The prepayment conditions vary according to the type of rooms and the type of the formula you choose (standard rate or non-refundable rate). Please check the conditions that apply to each option when making your room selection.

Currency of payment - VERY IMPORTANT
You will pay for your stay in the currency of the country where the establishment is located, i.e. in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD). The amount displayed (in EUR) is indicative and calculated according to the exchange rate in force at the time of booking. It may therefore vary slightly downward or upward at the time of settlement.

Conditions relating to children
All children are welcome.
Children aged 3 and over are considered adults at this property.
To view the rates and information associated with your group size, please add the number of children you are traveling with and their ages to your search.

Conditions relating to cots and extra beds
From 1 month to 3 years old, a cot for baby is available free of charge.

Pets
Pets are not allowed in the establishment.

Arrival and departure times
Check-in at Le Temple Des Arts is from 2:00 PM and check-out is possible until 12:00 PM.

Disabled access
The establishment has a ramp allowing disabled people to access the hotel.
The only suite on the ground floor that can accommodate people with reduced mobility is the Alexandre le Grand junior suite

Car park
Free secure parking is available to customers subject to availability. In the event of non-availability, there are street parking spaces.
