Cancellations

STANDARD RATES
Cancellation more than 3 days before arrival: no cancellation fee.
Late cancellation 3 days (or less) before arrival or in case of no-show: The amount equivalent to the first night will be charged to your credit card.
For reservations made within 3 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged to your credit card upon confirmation of the reservation.

How to cancel your reservation :
By sending an e-mail to: reception@templedesarts-ouarzazate.com, stating the reason for cancellation and the cancellation conditions.


NON-REFUNDABLE RATE:
Payment will be made upon confirmation of the reservation.
Cancellations will not be refunded.
