HEALTH MEASURES IN FORCE TO PROTECT CUSTOMERS AND HOTEL STAFF FROM THE SPREAD OF COVID-19
We are working to limit the risk of the COVID 19 virus spreading inside the establishment in order to protect the health safety of customers and hotel staff.
OUR PREVENTIVE MEASURES
• Automatic dispensers for hydroalcoholic gel are installed at the hotel entrance, at staff crossing points and in common areas for customers.
• Customers' temperature must be taken each time they enter the establishment. Even during the stay, when guests come out and re-enter.
• Each member of the team wears a mask, gloves for any transfer of material whatsoever and records their temperature when they take up their post and when they leave.
• The establishment’s cleaning and disinfection protocols have been modified and reinforced with virucidal cleaning products.
• Floor staff are individually equipped with washable masks, gloves and gowns after each shift.
• Shoe disinfection mats are placed at the 3 access points to the hotel from outside.

• Payment by bank card is preferred, payment terminals are regularly disinfected.
• The dematerialization of invoices will be systematically offered to you.
• Social distancing must be respected in the hall in front of the reception.
YOUR ENGAGEMENT
• No person from outside, who is not a guest of the establishment, will be allowed to enter the hotel without respecting all the barrier measures imposed.
• During the stay, cleaning will be done in the room with all safety measures and virucidal disinfection products.
• Due to anti-COVID 19 measures, it is forbidden to gather in the common areas of the establishment: breakfast room, corridors, etc.
• Wearing a mask is compulsory in the common areas of the establishment.
• The necessary check-in information should be emailed to the hotel prior to arrival so that check-in is done in advance and does not require lingering at reception. You can send an email containing your personal data (a scan of your passport, your telephone number, your current address of residence), to the address reception@templedesarts-ouarzazate.com
